  She did try to find us a better deal on the upcoming promotion, though we were interested in the current one. She wasn't overly pushy and was pretty fast on getting everything done for us.

  PLEASE, DO NOT BUY THERE EVER! They just want to sell you things and out the door. Very very bad service. Had to call and argu with them very bad. End up with a two weeks later delivery for a dishwasher. CRAZY!!!

  I am very disappointed with the order that arrived today. We have waited weeks for this order as one night table was out of stock and when the items finally arrived the two large dressers are completely damaged. There was big a footprint on the box of one dresser and the plywood is split and cracked. The second dresser is bent, cracked and dented on one side. This furniture is not useable and now We have the huge boxes in the room while we wait to have these picked up. I feel I have been seriously inconvenienced and for the price paid this is unaccpetable. I don't know if the delivery guys were standing on the furniture or dropping them but they should inform their staff that plywood is extremely fragile. Their customer service is atrocious. The guy kept interrupting me and pretty much didn't give a sh^^ since he probably receives these types of complaints often. Hoping the return and exchange will be prompt otherwise I will demand to be refunded.

  We went twice in the last week. First time on the weekend where we were bombarded with sales people, we had an idea of what we were looking for but the sales guy basically didn't want to hear about it, he was very focused on trying to up-sell us to something that wouldn't fit our needs and was quite pushy on trying to sell us a model that was out of our budget. "we have financing available" that's great, but no.

  We had asked for a specific model and they didn't have it on the floor, though she had something similar and we were able to get that.

  Compared to the other reviews i'd say we had an excellent experience. Though I docked a star because the first experience was less than enjoyable.

  Ok so 2 weeks later still no delivery....Need to go to the store to either cancel everything or bring it myself home. GRRRR!!

  We came back 2 days later on a week night where it was harder to find a sales person, we actually had to wait 10 minutes and then go find someone - the first guy said he worked in another department and couldn't help us. We found the living room sales people sitting down chilling on a couch.
